Permits & Park Reservations: Atlanta City & Recreation now requires a permit to host your picnic or event. You will be charged a $70 permit fee and $150 for park reservations to set up your affair in any Atlanta Park. These fees must be paid in advance via invoice chime, and or cashapp. Please try to schedule your affair at leat 2 weeks in advance if you desire a picnic or table in the park experience to ensure we can retrieve the permit in time. If you would like to avoid this fee, please select a location outside of Atlanta or at your home. Deposits: Deposite will be required for parties 6+ to secure affairs if inquiries are received at leat 2 weeks before your desired affair date. 30% of your total affair will be due within 5 days of recieving your invoice unless stated otherwise on your invoice. If your desired affair date within 2 weeks of your inquiry, a 50% deposit will be required. Your balance must be paid in full at a minimum of seven days before you affair. Any unpaid balances remaining within 6 days before your affair will incur a "fashionably late" surcharge of $100 or your affair may be subject to cancellation. Deposits for parties of 5 or less that received an invoice are due within 5 days of receiving your invoice. Your remaining balance must be paid in full at a minumum of 5 days before your affair. Any unpaid balances remaining within 4 days before your affair will incur a " Fashionably late" surcharge of $100 or your affair may be subject to cancellation. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE. **Please keep in mind that each affair is specially curated for you. Deposits are used to begin purching items needed for your affair.** Weather Advisory: Our goal is to keep your affair as dry as possible. You may discuss your options with your EP soicalite. If winds are 10 mph or higher, we may opt not to set up. Please understand this is for your safety and this will not result in a refund. We cannot control the weather. Please be sure to check the weather prior to selecting the date of your affair. We will inform you immediatly if the weather will cause a delay in your affair. You will still recieve the complete 2-3 hour reservation time plus an additional 30 minutes for this inconvenience and if the weather permits.
